Bullying

How Can We Prevent It?

Bullying: Welcome

Bullying is the use of force, coercion, or threat to abuse, to aggressively dominate, or intimidate others whom the bully deems a capable victim. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is an imbalance of physical or social power. This imbalance distinguishes bullying from conflict.

Bullying ranges from one-on-one to group bullying. It happens everywhere from school, work, and even home.

Bullying In a Presentation

We are Senior Girl Scouts that have created a slideshow presentation on the topic of bullying.

It discusses all the important aspects of Bullying:

  1. How to Identify Bullying

  2. Witnessing Bullying

  3. Effects & Warning Signs of Bullying

We created this presentation in hopes that other people will be able to use this as a resource to help others understand how bullying can be harmful and how they can stop it.
